 Arctic Cat M-1000
Race Gas Kit
This turbo kit will stretch your arms as you push the throttle and feel the huge horsepower and torque gains of the M-1000 running up to 20lbs of boost. The M-1000 race gas kit is
built with
the highest quality components in the industry. The OVS race gas kit uses the Garrett 30 series ball bearing
turbo charger with a 5-bolt turbine outlet and T3 inlet. This turbo
charger is used because it makes more horsepower, it is easier to tune
and gets better fuel economy than the small 3071R that other kit
manufacturers are using on there race gas applications. The small 3071R
turbo charger also runs very inconsistent and is not user friendly when running the high boost levels.
The OVS race gas kit includes
the following components, Simmons
high flow o-ring fitted air box, OVS
easy access air box retaining system which holds the air box to the
throttle bodies and the throttle bodies to the engine to insure they can
not be blown off under boost, 2.5" mandrel bent charge tube, high
quality silicone connectors, high flow air filter with Outerwear, 56mm dual injected throttle bodies, secondary injectors, high volume fuel pump, OVS in tank bypass for easy starting, 3" high flow muffler,
aluminum oil tank, high volume oil pump,
OVS exhaust clamping system for a clean look and so factory
exhaust springs that break and do not have to be used, exhaust stinger with
machined seat and gasket, OVS in
house programmed control box, fuel regulator, fuel pressure gauge, boost gauge and all components
needed to complete the install of the OVS race gas kit. This kit can be used with or without the factory oil injection system.
