 Arctic Cat M-1000
Pump Gas Kit
The OVS M-1000 pump gas kit is built with
the highest quality components in the industry. The Pump gas kits are
built with all the innovative industry leading components that are used
in all of are kits. OVS does not
use a smaller turbo charger or lower quality components just because it
is a low boost pump gas application. The OVS pump gas kit uses the Garrett 30 series ball bearing
turbo charger with a 5-bolt turbine outlet and T3 inlet. This turbo
charger is used because it makes more horsepower, it is easier to tune
and gets better fuel economy than the small 3071R that other kit
manufacturers are using on there pump gas applications. The small 3071R
turbo charger also creates major tuning problems for those who would
like to upgrade and run higher boost levels on race gas in the future.
The OVS pump gas kit includes
the following components, Simmons
high flow o-ring fitted air box, OVS
easy access air box retaining system which holds the air box to the
throttle bodies and the throttle bodies to the engine to insure thay can
not be blown off under boost, 2.5" mandrel bent charge tube, high
quality silicone connectors, high flow air filter with Outerwear, 3" high flow muffler,
aluminum oil tank, high volume oil pump,
OVS exhaust clamping system for a clean look and so factory
exhaust springs that break do not have to be used, exhaust stinger with
machined seat and gasket, OVS in
house programmed control box, OVS
in tank fuel regulator, fuel pressure gauge, boost gauge and all components
needed to complete the install of the OVS
pump gas kit. This kit will work with or without the factory oil injection system. Maximum boost is 9lbs depending on fuel octane and elevation.
